MY BIOGRAPHY

Born and raised in South Bend, Indiana
Attended: Grand Rapids Bible College,                     Indiana University Bloomington,                    California State Stanislaus,                                            Azusa Pacific University
Received Bachelors Degree from Indiana University in Music/Theater with a concentration on trumpet.
Received  Masters Degree from Azusa Pacific University in Music/ Conducting.

Family: Married to Debbie since 1974. They met at I.U.
Family includes three terrific "children", Kyle, married to Beth with granddaughter Abigail; Kinsey, married to David with granddaughters Taylor, Tatum,Tenley; and Kristie, married to Christopher.

Accomplishments: Raised a great family; have many quality friends; personally built a 4,000 square foot house in Indiana, sang for President Ronald Reagan at his Century City office Christmas party; developed and conducted a 100 voice choir, orchestra and big band; gave the opening prayer before the House of Representatives in Sacramento; led youth ministry mission trips to Jamaica, Canada and the Northern West Coast; played collegiate baseball.

Priorities: Things that are the most important to Kerry are his Faith, family, friends, business, music and athletics.

Strengths: Kerry is a caring person who is people friendly and trustworthy. He has a strong work ethic, is passionate about his beliefs;is a man of principles; honest, fun-loving and mature in character,

Business Cornerstones: Being a man of his word; a straight shooter;  placing clients needs as a priority; a servant attitude; always seeking to grow in knowledge and understanding of his profession. His goal is to run every transaction, and treat every client exactly how he would want them to treat him. He wants to be known by his outstanding, unparalled service, constant communication and his unexpected giving spirit.

As a real estate professional, Kerry's goal is to be known as someone who will  always go the extra mile for his clients. He can be counted on to do all that he can to ensure the highest degree of client satisfaction. He takes his advacacy position seriously.

Why am I involved as a Real Estate consultant?

1. There is great satisfaction for me in helping people. The Real Estate transaction is a time and  event where people need honest, ethical, straight talking assistance. I can be counted on to communicate and to do what is right,  with your needs as the first priority.

2. The home is an important place to me. It is our retreat and haven. It is the collector of memories. It is a physical representation of our personality, our values and our priorities. It is the primary place where our families/relationships are formulated and developed.

3. I know construction, I know quality workmanship, I know homes!

4. I believe in the value of home ownership. I have personally owned six houses during my life.
